If you contract it, it is operated by AMS (Advanced Monitoring Services, S.A.), a Grupo ATG company. In the contract you agree on who is notified, and in what order, when there is an event.

At our headquarters, in the ATG Building, we have an Experience Center where you see cameras, alarms, access control and home automation working before you decide. The visit is arranged in advance with the team.
